摘要
1996年对厦门三处潮间带和两口虾池的小型底栖动物进行了调查。结果表明,小型底栖动物主要类群是自由生活海洋线虫。此外,还有底栖挠足类、多毛类和寡毛类。三处潮间带海洋线虫的平均密度为60.13个/cm2,占小型底栖动物平均密度的94.46%。除了鸡屿中湖区和低潮区外,其他潮间带海洋线虫与底栖挠足类丰度比率多在16.3以下,表明厦大海边和大屿潮间带未受明显污染。刚放虾苗的虾池,小型底栖动物贫乏,随着时间的推移,小型床栖动物密度增加,1个月后达到相对稳定,这与小型底栖动物的繁殖特性和虾池生态环境密切相关。虾池海洋线虫与底栖挠足类丰度比率较高,与人为扰动有关。
Meiofauna in three Xiamen intertidal mudflat and two shrimp ponds were investigated in 1996. The main group of meiofauna was nematode. Other groups such as benthic copepoda,polychaete and oligochaeta were found. The average abundance of nematode on three inter-tidal mudflat in Xiamen was 60. 13 ind. /cm2, which accounted for 94. 46% of meiofaunal av-erage abundance. The abundance ratio between nematode and benthic copepoda was no more than 16. 3 near middle and low areas on Jiyu mudflat, which showed that intertidal zones off Xiamen University and Dayu Island were not polluted obviously. The abundance of meiofau-na in shrimp ponds was poor at the beginning of shrimp culture and increased with time, and reached stable after one month, due to ecological environment at shrimp pond, and meiofau-nal breeding character. High abundance ratio between nematode and benthic copepoda at shrimp ponds was related to disturbance.
