摘要
目的:探讨脐二孔法行腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)的操作技巧。方法:对62例病人行脐二孔法LA,二孔中的观察孔位于脐下缘,操作孔位于脐右缘。结果:62例病人均顺利完成腹腔镜下手术,无一例中转开腹。术后亦均无腹腔出血或戳孔感染等并发症发生。结论:脐二孔法LA治疗阑尾炎的新术式,安全、经济、简单可行,且因微创,而美容效果更好,适于在基层医院中开展。
Objective To explore the operative skill of the Navel two-port laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）.Methods The two-port LA was carried out in 62 patients.The observation port is at the lower margin of the navel;the operation port is at its right margin.Results The Navel two-port LA was successfully performed in all the 62 cases without complications such as postoperative bleeding and surgical site infection.Conclusions The Navel twoport LA is a new procedure to treat appendicitis.It is safe,economic,feasible,mini-invasive and cosmetic,and suitable for primary hospitals.
