芳香化酶抑制剂手术前治疗绝经后乳腺癌的疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤,其发病率呈上升趋势。据1998年—2002年期间全国肿瘤登记中心统计,乳腺癌发病率已位居我国女性恶性肿瘤的首位。自Beatson应用卵巢切除术治疗局部晚期乳腺癌至今,乳腺癌的内分泌治疗已有超过百年的历史。
