食物消费模式及其对气候变化的影响——瑞典所消费的西红柿和胡萝卜生命周期中的温室气体排放
摘要
本文给出了瑞典所消费的胡萝卜和西红柿的生命周期评估结果,并就此进行了讨论。它们的生命周期可分为贮藏、从种植者到零售商之间的运输、田间生产以及化肥的生产和运输。产于瑞典及周边地区的胡萝卜的排放量最低,而西红柿则相反。胡萝卜的排放主要来自贮藏和运输过程中;而西红柿的排放主要来自种植过程中对温室加热时的燃料燃烧。本文对瑞典目前蔬菜消费过程中的全部温室气体的排放进行了评估,并与所假定的食物消费允许的环境空间做了比较。结论表明。目前的蔬菜生产消费方式是不可持续的。

4Tomatoes and carrots are,to some extent,interchangeable from the consumer's point of view. They may both used for decoration on sandwiches or lunch-plates and both may be eaten raw or cooked togethe with meat and beans.Carrots contain more energy and vitamin A and less water than tomatoes,while tomatoes have a higher vitamin C content.
