摘要
中国是一个拥有12亿人口的发展中国家。由于种种原因,森林资源遭到破坏,环境变得脆弱。因此在很多地区导致了水土流失、频繁的干旱、洪水及沙暴等严重的自然灾害。结果使某些地区丧失了人类生存的基本条件。为了维持迅速发展的经济、消除贫困、提高人民的生活水平,保护森林资源和改善环境条件对中国来说势在必行。然而。
