摘要
高分子絮凝一直被认为是微细粒弱磁性矿物选择性聚团的有效方法之一。本研究在高分子絮凝过程中引入有少量磁种参与的极弱磁场磁(种)聚团机制,即极弱磁场复合高分子聚团,明显强化了高分子絮凝作用,在保持良好选择性的同时增强了聚团能力。微细粒赤铁矿、石英人工混合矿分选试验结果显示,与同条件下的单一高分子絮凝分选相比,采用新技术精矿铁品位高0.51%~1.00%,回收率高3.99%~9.06%。
Polymer flocculation is always recognized as an effective method of selective aggregation of fine particles of weakly magnetic minerals In our research work, a combined polymer aggregation in an exceedingly feeble magnetic field has been realized, by introducing magnetic agglomeration into polymer flocculation process,which apparently strengthened the polymer flocculation process,and improved the aggregation ability and selectivity of the process The separation results of fine particle mixture of hematite and quartz show that comparing to the polymer flocculation separation process,new process makes the Fe grade of concentrate and Fe recovery increased by 0 5%~1 00% and 3 99%~9 06%,respectively.
