武汉市毒品制造和加工案件分析

ANALYSIS OF THE CASES OF DRUG MANUFACTURE AND PROCESS

目的:分析武汉市历年制造和加工毒品案件,了解武汉市毒品加工特点,以更好地揭露和打击毒品犯罪。方法:对武汉市公安局毒品检测中心2005年-2009年10月勘查和鉴定的相关案件进行统计分析。结果:2005年武汉市破获的制造和加工毒品案件为2起,2006年以后每年均在10起以上;涉及的毒品主要是麻谷和氯胺酮;收缴的数量逐年上升,其中收缴的氯胺酮数量在2007年达到高峰;毒品加工场所多为出租屋和化工场所。结论:武汉市毒品加工的品种主要是麻谷和氯胺酮;加工场所隐蔽多变。建议加大对新型毒品的宣传力度,加强对出租屋和化工场所的管理,遏制毒品加工制造,打击毒品犯罪。

Objective：To understand the characteristics of drug manufacture and process in Wuhan and help to expose and fight against drug crimes through an analysis of the cases of drug manufacture and process detected in the last few years.Methods：We analyzed all relevant drug cases detected by the Narcotics Detecting Center of Wuhan Municipal Security Bureau from 2005 to October 2009.Results：In 2005 Wuhan detected only two cases of drug manufacture and process,and from 2006,every year detected more than 10 cases,mainly involving Maguo（mixture of methamphetamine）and ketamine.The amount of forfeited drugs was increasing year by year with the amount of forfeited ketamine reaching the peak in 2007.The main sites for drug manufacture and process were lets and chemical workshops.Conclusion：In Wuhan,the main drugs manufactured and processed are Maguo and kitamine.The sites for drug manufacture and process are concealing and changeable.We suggest that publicity of new drug prevention should be strengthened and lets and chemical sites should be well managed so as to block drug manufacture and process and drug crimes.
