摘要
本文研究了用光化学方法,以二苯甲酮为光敏剂,米蚩酮为促进剂,丙酮为溶剂在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)粉末上接枝丙烯腈。红外分析结果证明了接枝物的存在,元素分析测得最大接枝率为21%,DSC分析表明接枝前后HDPE的热行为变化甚小,最后导出了光敏剂三重激发态夺氢产生自由基引发聚合的反应机理。
The graft of acrylonitrile onto high density poly-ethylene (HDPE) was studied by light irradiation, using benzophenone as sensitizer, M'ichler's ketone as accelerator, acetone as solvent. IR showed the existence of HDPE-graft-acrylonitrile, elemental analysis was used to measure precent gra'ft, the highest precent graft was 21%. DSC showed the cryst-aline behavious of grafted HDPE had no change. The possible mechanizm of graft is by way of the triplet state of benzophenone (BP*3) to produce radicals, which can abstrac t hydrogen atoms from HDPE to initiate graft polymerization.
