肺内常见孤立球形影的X线诊断(附80例分析)

目的探讨常见肺内孤立球形影的X线征象。方法收集资料齐全、诊断明确的80例X线平片进行回顾性分析。结果周围型肺癌70例占87.50%,肺结核球8例占10.00%,肺错构瘤1例占1.25%,肺炎性假瘤1例占1.25%。结论肺内孤立球形影常见疾病是周围型肺癌、肺结核球、肺错构瘤以及肺炎性假瘤。早期周围型肺癌X线征象较为复杂,诊断较为困难。

Objective Discussion on X-ray signs of Common isolated Spherical Shadow of Lung. Methods Collect data and definite diagnosis of 80 cases X-ray films were analyzed retrospectively. Results 70 cases of peripheral lung cancer accounted for 87.5%, TB ball 8 cases accounted for 10%, pulmonary hamartoma one cases accounted for 1.25%, one cases of inflammatory pseudotumor accounted for 1.25%, Conclusion The common disease of isolated spherical shadow is peripheral lung cancer, tuberculosis ball, pulmonary hamartoma and inflammatory pseudotumor. Early X-ray findings of peripheral lung cancer is more complex and more difficult to diagnose.
