中西医结合治疗髌骨骨折84例疗效探讨

目的通过中西医结合疗法治疗髌骨骨折,探讨其治疗效果。方法将84例髌骨骨折患者随机平均分为实验组和对照组,所有患者实施石膏固定或切开复位固定手术后,对照组患者服用西药常规消炎镇痛,实验组施用中药内服和熏洗疗法。治疗结束后对比和分析治疗效果。结果两组均收到不同程度的治疗效果,其中实验组完全恢复者34例,对照组完全回复者25例,实验组效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对髌骨骨折患者采用中西医结合疗法,可显著提高恢复质量,安全有效,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective Through combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy to treat for fracture of patella, to discusses the treatment effect. Methods 84 cases of patients with patella fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average. All of patients were operated with plaster immobilization or open reduction with fixation, then control group were treated with western medicine for conventional antiphlogistic and analgesia, and experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for oral administration and fumigation. After treatment the curative effect were contrasted and analyzed. Results two group all showed therapeutic effect in different levels, experimental group recovered fully 34 cases, and control group recovered fully 25 cases, the therapeutic effect of experimental group was significantly better than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in treating for fracture of the patella can significantly improve the recovered quality, and have high safety and efficiency, so it is deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
