中西医结合治疗开放性骨折36例临床分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗开放性骨折的临床效果。方法对我院2007年1月～2008年12月收治的开放性骨折的36患者,给予先西医清创加骨折的内外固定,再给予中医的方剂汤药分期口服的治疗方式。结果本组36例患者,优30例,占83.3%;良5例,占13.9%;可1例,占2.8%;无不合格病例。随访3～12个月,平均8个月,全部病人骨性愈合。结论中西医结合治疗开放性骨折能提高骨折的治愈率、减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine open fractures. Methods 36 patients with open fractures, debridement Western medicine to give to increase the internal and external fracture fixation, and then to give him for the medical expenses of Chinese medicine prescription oral treatment phases in our hospital in Jan.2007-Dec. 2008. Results 36 cases of patients in this group, 30 eases of excellent, accounting for 83.3%; 5 cases of benign, accounting for 13.9%; 1 eases may be, accounting for 2.8%; no failure ease. Follow-up of 3-12 months, an average of 8 months, all patients with bone union. Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine cap improve the fracture open fracture of the cure rate and reduce complications.
