摘要
建设全面小康的重点难点在农村。村干部是团结带领广大农民群众脱贫致富奔小康的组织者、推动者,又是建设社会主义新农村的“主心骨”和“领头雁”。村干部培训是整个干部培训工作的重要组成部分,是建设新农村的基础性工程。目前,村干部培训存在诸多亟待改进的方面。适应村干部的新变化、新需求,要着眼长远,超前谋划,整合培训资源,创新培训体制机制,增强培训的针对性和时效性。
