摘要
在工学结合人才培养模式中，政府、企业、高职院校均扮演着重要的角色。明晰三方的角色定位，理清三方的权责关系．加强三方的沟通与协作，是校企合作、工学结合成功的关键。
In the training mode of work-study combination, the government, enterprises, vocational institutions have played an important role. Clearing the tripartite roles, clarifying responsibilities of the three parties, and enhancing communication and collaboration of the three parties is the key to success of the schoolenterprise cooperation and work-study combination.
