Study on Mesurement of Service Quality in Public Sector

摘要 20世纪90年代开始,政府行政改革成为了世界性大趋势。其主要内容是对政府治理的理念、原则、结构、行为等进行大规模的改革,以提高政府绩效和公共服务质量。论文对公共服务质量内涵的演变历程进行了梳理,对公共服务质量测评的基本理论及其模型和方法进行了讨论。 The government administrative reform became the dominant trend globally since 1990s. The major content of the reform is to transform the governance principles, rules, structure and behavior so as to improve the government performance and public service quality. This paper reviewed the change process of the meanings of public service quality, and discussed about the relative theories, models and methods.
