摘要
不同地区公务员之间的收入差距是当前我国社会收入差距的表现形式之一。即使在公务员内部,不同地区公务员之间也存在收入差距。本文试图通过对样本省份公务员收入的比较,探讨不同地区之间的公务员之间是否存在收入上的差距,有多大差距,造成差距的原因等,并且对不同地区公务员收入差距的合理性做出评价。
Income gap of civil servants among different regions is currently one manifestation of social income gap in our country. Even internally among the civil servants, income gap exists due to various regions. Via comparing the incomes of civil servants in sample provinces, this article tried to find the causation, the magnitude and the existence reasonableness of the differential of incomes among civil servants in different regions, so as to give an evaluation of the captioned disparity.
