摘要
目的:研究榆干离褶伞发酵液对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱发的急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用CCl4建立小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,检测榆干离褶伞发酵液对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性以及肝组织白蛋白(Alb)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:榆干离褶伞发酵液明显降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT活性,提高SOD、GSH-Px活力及Alb含量并显著降低MDA含量。结论:研究榆干离褶伞发酵液具有一定的肝保护作用,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
Objective:To observe the protective effects of fermentation broth of Lyophyllum ulmarium in mice with acute liver injury induced by CCI4.Methods:The carbon tetrachloride(CCI4) was used to induce the chemical liver injury in mice.The levels of ALT and AST in serum,the activities of SOD,GSH-Px and the concentrations of albumin and MDA in liver homogenates were examined.Results:The experiment showed that the fermentation broth of Lyophyllum ulmarium could reduce the elevated ALT level in serum of mice with liver injury,inhance SOD,GSH-Px activities,increase albumin content and decrease the elevated MDA concentration in the liver tissue.Conclusions:The fermentation broth of Lyophyllum ulmarium has protective effects on the acute chemical liver injury in mice.The effects may be due to its antioxidant activity.
