The research upon the processing industry and development strategy of pickled mustard tuber

摘要 从榨菜产业的发展现状、行业存在的问题入手,与韩国泡菜产业的发展经验进行比较,获得我国榨菜产业的发展启示,进一步探索榨菜加工新工艺,研究榨菜产业的发展战略。榨菜工业发展战略为:建立市场准入与出局机制,转变产业发展模式,加强与其他相关产业的横向联系,建立产业人才培养机制,榨菜标准化、系列化、国际化,创新营销手段与策略,采用先进的生产工艺。 Based on the present situation and existed problems of pickled mustard tuber industry,this article is trying to obtain the enlightenments of the pickle industry development in our country,by comparing with the development experience of Korean kimchi industry.In order to explore the new pickle processing and research the development strategies,this article presents several suggestions,such as:to set up the in-and-out market system,to transform the mode of the industry development,to enhance the horizontal relationship with related industries,to establish the training system of industry professionals,to renew the selling skills and strategies,to use advanced produce processing.These strategies can make pickled mustard tuber more standardized,more serialized,more globalized.
