摘要
以白骨壤叶为原料,以4种常见病原菌为供试菌种,采用生物活性追踪法研究了白骨壤叶提取物的抑菌活性。利用滤纸片扩散法对白骨壤叶不同溶剂提取物进行初步抑菌试验,确定出抑菌活性成分所在部位,并对有效部位的有效成分进行纯化、定性检测和抑菌试验。结果表明,95%乙醇提取液对4种病原菌都有较强的抑菌效果,石油醚稍有抑菌作用,水提液无抑菌作用。利用大孔吸附树脂对抑菌活性较强的乙醇提取液进行进一步分离,得到2个抑菌活性组分,它们对4种试验菌的抑菌效果与浓度呈正相关关系。纯化物对4种供试菌的抑菌大小顺序为大肠杆菌>根霉>枯草芽孢杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌,初步的定性试验结果表明,有抑菌活性的纯化物中含有生物碱、黄酮、蒽醌等。
The antibacterial activity of extractive of Avicennia marina leaves was studied by the method of tracking biological activity,and four pathogens were tested in this paper under the Avicennia marina leaves was used as the raw stuff.The antimicrobial activity of the different solvent extraction was observed through the diffusion method of filter paper and the antibacterial activity component was confirm,the functional compositions were sublimate and identified,after that the antibacterial test of the pure substance was researched.The results showed that the 95% ethanol extracts had strong antifungal activities against four pathogens.the petroleum ether extracts had a bit antimicrobial effects and aqueous extracts had no antimicrobial effects.Two fractions were researched after macroporous adsorption resin was used to separation the ethanol extracts,the inhibitory effects of two fractions had a positive correlation with the concentrations.The antimicrobial activity of pure substance was Escherichia coli Rhizopus spBacillus subtilisStaphyloccus aureus,and the chemically identified results showed that the antibacterial active ingredient were composed of alkaloid,flavonoes,anthraquinone.etc.
