摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,探讨提取时间、料液比和提取温度对石耳多糖提取率的影响,筛选出了最佳提取工艺。结果表明,影响石耳多糖提取率的主次因素为料液比、提取温度及提取时间;石耳多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度80℃,提取时间4h,料液比1∶10。在此工艺条件下,水溶性石耳多糖的提取率为4.63%。
Using the methods of single factor test and orthogonal design test,the effects of various factors such as the extraction time,the ratio of sample to water and temperature on the extraction of polysaccharides in Dermatocarpon miniatum(L) mann were investigated and the optimal conditions were concluded.The results showed that the main factors from the most important to the less affecting the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides are as following:ratio of sample to water,extraction temperature and extraction time.The optimal extracting conditions are established as following:extraction time 4 hours,ratio of sample to water 1:10 and extraction temperature 80 ℃.Under the optimized parameters,the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides in Dermatocarpon miniatum(L) mann is 4.63%.
