摘要
对金银花中绿原酸常见检测方法进行了对比研究。结论:高效液相色谱法因其高精确度、准确性和分光光度法多用于定量分析,而薄层色谱法更适于快速定性鉴别分析。
The detecting methods of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle were compared in the paper.Conclusion：Quantitative analysis has been more widely used by HPLC and spectrophotography,and priority of HPLC for precision and accuracy.While it is suitable to qualitative analysis by TLC.
