Ultrasonic inspection and sonochemical effect in egg albumen research

摘要 综述了超声检测和超声化学效应应用于蛋清的研究成果,并指出尚待研究的方向。 The utilization of ultrasonic inspection and sonochemical effect in egg elbumen were reviewed,and the areas that need further study were also discussed.
