摘要
对广东省于1993~1994年营造的12块杉木无性系测定林的3~4年生材料进行分析,结果显示:有2/3以上的试验林的生长性状方差分析结果达到较显著差异水平以上,最优无性系的树高为最劣无性系的1.64倍~3.33倍,表明这些试验林中的无性系间存在着显著的遗传差异,且优、劣无性系间生长差异极为悬殊;经综合评选,从1131个参试无性系中,初步筛选出103个优良无性系,其平均树高增益达13.98%,其中GDL2001等35个无性系表现较为突出,其平均树高增益达21.70%,近期应当重点收集与大量繁殖;试验结果进一步验证,在优良种源的优良家系中进行杉木优良无性系选育,其选择效果最佳。
clonal test plantations (3~4 years old) which established in 1993~1994 were researched. The variance analysis results showed that above two thirds test plantations were significant difference at growth characteristics, the best clone was 1.64~3.33 time high than the worst.It indicated that there were significant hereditary variation among these clones and the difference between the superior clone and inferior clone was very marked. 103 superior clones have been selected from 1 131 test clones and the gain in height was 13.98%, 35 clones such as GDL2001 was more super and gain in height reached 21.70%. It out to be collected and reproduced on a large scale. The results further verified that selected superior clones among the superior families and superior provenances is the best method.
