当代大学校园流行语现象方兴未艾,已有不少专家学者对其进行了深入探讨。总体来看,研究者的定量研究多于定性分析,尤其以调查、统计、排序等方法为主;多从语言学、审美学、教育学和心理学的角度进行评析,社会学和政治学分析较少;对其产生原因的认识比较全面,对其后果和影响的分析比较客观,提出的对策建议也比较理性和宽容。

The emergence and popularity of campus catchwords is a striking social phenomenon in contemporary China, and many scholars have discussed deeply. In overall such research is quantitative rather than qualitative, and the main methods are surveys, statistics, sorting etc., the main Analysis Perspectives are Linguistics, aesthetics, pedagogy and psychology, the sociological and political analysis is less. The existing research is rather comprehensive on the cause of campus catchwords, the analysis on its consequence and influence is rather objective, and the countermeasure is rational and tolerant.
