Smart power is the new stratagem in current USA diplomacy, which is a composition of forces making up of the smart combination of hard power and soft power. In such a perspective, the content of ideological and political education can be deconstructed of hard content and soft content, which can be combine smartly as composition of forces, thereby form the smart content of ideological and political education.
