＂Small Kindness＂ Movement in Japan uses a flexible way. It emphasizes on close coordination of the society, schools and families. It lays emphasis on fostering live in harmony with person to person, human and nature. It also attaches importance to strengthening and internalization of ＂Kindness＂ action. Its content is specific and easy to accept. So it reaches the goal of youngsters＇ ideological and moral education very well. Its useful experience can give good reference and implication for improving the gloomy current situation on Chinese youngsters＇ ideological and moral education.
