The Status and Problems of Higher Education Development in South Korea

韩国高等教育一直扮演着储备人力资源、推动韩国经济发展的重要角色。近几年来,韩国高等教育的发展出现了质与量相结合、多样化与专门化相结合以及国际化趋势显著等新的特点。但是,韩国高等教育因其自身的局限性和盲目性,在育人过程、教育资源配置、毕业生就业以及跨国教育质量等方面存在着隐患。

Higher education in South Korea has been playing an important role in reserving human resources and promoting development. In recent years, the development of higher education in South Korea emerged new features, such as the combining of quality and quantity, diversification and specialization, as well as international trend and so on. However, because of its own limitations and blindness, in the process of educating progress, education resource allocation, the employment of graduates, and transnational education and other aspects have hidden dangers.
