摘要 基于鄂庄煤矿2202东工作面地质和生产条件及其地面有建筑物压煤情况,介绍了利用井下全岩巷道掘进出矸对普采工作面采空区进行充填的系统及充填装备。通过优化与改造原有的生产系统,形成了以矿车、翻矸硐室、斜巷矸石仓、耙斗装岩机为工程或装备的矸石外部充填系统;通过研制和开发,形成了以转弯带式输送机和带式抛矸机为主要装备的矸石内部充填系统,与普采工艺配合,矸石充填工作面平均煤炭月产达到1.22万t。 Based on the geological conditions and the production conditions of the No. 2202 east coal mining face in Ezhuang Mine and the seams under the surface buildings, the paper introduced the rock rejects from the mine full rock roadway heading applied to the backfill system and backfill equipment for the goal of the conventional coal mining face. With the optimization and reconstruction of the previous production system, a rejects backfill system was consisted with the mine ears, car tipper chamber, rejects bunker in the inclined roadway and scraper loader as the engineering and equipment. With the research and development, the inner coal rejects backfill system was established with the turning belt conveyor and belt dumper as the main equipment. With the conventional coal mining, the backfill coal mining face could have a month coal production of 12 200 t in average.
