摘要
介绍了电牵引采煤机的研究及发展方向,阐述了采煤机在线实时监控与故障诊断系统的原理与实现方法,以及采煤机故障诊断的编程等关键技术。针对电牵引采煤机的特点,采用数字信号处理器和实时分布式监控系统,对采煤机的电机电流、采煤机位置、摇臂倾角、牵引速度及牵引方向等参数进行监测并对故障进行诊断,显著提高了采煤机的操控性能和安全可靠性。
The paper introduced the research and development direction of the electric haulage coal shearer and stated the principle and implementation method of the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the coal shearer, as well as the fault diagnosis program- ming and key technology of the coal shearer. According to the features of the electric haulage coal shearer, the digital signal processor and the distributed real-time monitoring system was applied to monitor and measure the electric motor current, coal shearer location, boom in- clination, haulage speed, haulage direction and other parameters and to diagnose the faults of the coal shearer. The operation and control performances and the safety reliability of the coal shearer was obviously improved.
