摘要
介绍了工频干扰产生的原因、干扰的抑制方法和钢丝绳损伤检测的原理。针对所研制的新一代电磁法钢丝绳损伤检测系统在钢丝绳损伤检测过程中出现的工频干扰,提出一种适合该系统的滤除工频干扰方法,试验结果表明:该方法对工频干扰的滤除针对性强,算法运算量小,仅通过迭代计算便可滤除工频干扰噪声,性能优于带阻滤波和自适应滤波方法。
The paper introduced the cause of the power frequency interference occurred, the interference restrained method and the steel cable damage detection principle. According to the power frequency interferences occurred during the steel cable damage detection process of the new electric magnetic method steel cable detection system developed, the paper proposed a power frequency interference elimination method suitable for the system. The test results showed that the method could be well in the filtration of the power frequency interferences and the algorithm of the method would be less in calculations. Only with the iterative calculation, the power frequency interference noises could be filtrated and the performance of the method could be better than the band stop filter and self suitable wave filtration method.
