摘要 通过对K、Na、Pb、Zn等有害元素对自焙炭砖混合侵蚀的试验研究,分析了昆钢2 000 m3高炉炉体连续上涨的主要原因,弄清了有害元素对自焙炭砖的侵蚀膨胀机理,并采取有效措施对高炉炉体连续上涨进行控制,确保了高炉安全稳定顺行。 The reason of furnace body rising for a 2 000 m3 blast furnace at Kunming Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd is analyzed in this paper.By means of experiments concerning the erosion of self-baking carbon brick caused by harmful elements K、Na、Pb、Zn,the mechanism of erosion and expansion of self-baking carbon brick has been ascertained.Thanks to the measures adopted to control the body rising,stable operation of the blast furnace is maintained.
