摘要
利用高线精轧机的高轧制速度和高速上钢系统的快速制动来生产直条棒材是1种新的棒材生产工艺。结合该新轧制工艺在国内外相关厂家的应用情况,介绍了该工艺的两种典型布置型式,论述了该生产工艺的高速度、高精度、节省投资等优势。
Using high speed of wird rod finishing mill and fast brake of high speed transfer system to roll straight bar is a new rolling process.In combination with the application of the new rolling process in domestic and overseas steelworks,two types of representative layout of the process are introduced,meanwhile the advantages of the technology,such as high speed,high dimension precision,save investment etc.are summarized as well.
