高强度工程机械用钢板应用现状和发展前景

APPLICATION STATUS AND PROSPECT OF HIGH STRENGTH STEEL PLATES FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

随着工程机械向装备大型化、轻量化、重载荷等方向发展,高强度钢板所占用钢比例和质量都有较大提高。国内高强度工程机械用钢板的研发生产已取得快速进展,但在行业标准的统一制订、钢种开发,产品质量等方面普遍存在差距。为此,本文对目前国内工程机械用钢的需求发展趋势、国内供给情况、存在的主要问题等进行了分析,以期为国内工程机械用钢的发展突破提供参考。

With the engineering machinery to maximization, lightweight, heavy load, steel ratio and quality of the high strength steel have improved greatly. Although rapid progress has been made in research and production, there were certain shortcomings in the industry standard, development,product quality,etc. Therefore, this paper discusses the development tendency,supply status,existing problems,etc, to provide some references for the development of high strength steel for engineering machinery.
