Practical Exploration on the Effectiveness of Upgrading Classroom Teaching

摘要 提升课堂教学有效性的关键在于教学理性层面的教学智慧与教学非理性层面的教学激情,以及教学个性层面的教学风格之间的系统整合。教学理性层面的教学智慧是提升课堂教学有效性的条件支撑系统,教学非理性层面的教学激情是提升课堂教学有效性的动力推进系统,教学个性层面的教学风格是提升课堂教学有效性的品质保障系统。由西南大学教育学院和重庆市朝阳中学联合开展的学校整体改革实验,经过五年的探索,课堂教学的有效性得到了显著提高,学生素质得到了明显改善,教师的课堂研究与教学能力得到了极大发展,学校的办学特色愈显突出。 The key to upgrading effectiveness of classroom teaching lies in the systematic integration of teaching wisdom on the level of teaching rationality and the teaching passion on the teaching non-rationality, as well as the teaching style on the level of teaching characteristic. The teaching wisdom on the level of teaching rationality is the conditional supporting system to upgrade the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the teaching passion on the level of teaching non-rationality is the motive power propulsion system to upgrade the effectiveness of classroom teaching; and the teaching style on the level of teaching characteristic is the quality guarantee system to upgrade the effectiveness of classroom teaching. According to the school systematic reform experiment jointly developed by Educational College of Southwest University and Chaoyang Middle School of Chongqing, after 5 years" exploration, the effectiveness of classroom teaching has been greatly enhanced, the student quality has been obviously improved, the ability of teachers" classroom research and teaching has been greatly improved, and the school running characteristic has been more outstanding than before.
