摘要
本文应用危机管理理论对目前本院的危机管理现状进行分析,并就加强疗养院的危机管理提出相应建议和对策,以期在对各类危机的防范和处理中不断提升竞争力,将不利因素转化为有利因素。
The theory of crisis management was used by the author to anlayze the current situation and provide suggestions on the crisis management of sanatorium,so as to improve the capability on keeping watch and dealing with all kinds of crisis.
