摘要
本文针对军队医院聘用制人员流动性大,结构复杂,加之管理不到位,指导帮建不够系统,安全隐患多等问题;从更新聘用制人员思想观念,创新管理模式等方面提出对策建议,以提高聘用制人员能力素质,保持队伍安全稳定。
Because of high mobility,complex structure,poor management and guiding system,there were many security risks during the management of fix-term employer in military hospital.Additionally,it was incompatible with the sustainable development of hospital due to system imperfections,insufficient support,obvious difference of payment,and weak sense of belonging.Through updating ideas,innovatiing management style,unifying education and training and management,we lay a solid ideological foundation,improved the ability,maintained security and stability of fix-term employer.
