目的结合边疆基层医院护理管理实际,设计护士长工作手册,对科室护理管理工作进行规范化和科学化管理、以提高护士长的管理能力。方法根据护士长工作手册要求,落实护理管理制度,完成工作计划并记录;护理部每月检查讲评,年终收交归档统一管理。结果经过工作实践,强化了护士长的制度意识,提高了年度护理工作计划的完成率和护士长管理能力。结论护士长工作手册的实施与管理,提高了护理工作规范化和科学化管理水平。

Objective Combined with practical nursing management of borderland primary hospital,the author designed the head nurse＇s workbook to administer every department＇s nursing management normally and scientificly,to improve the management level of head nurse.Methods According to the requirements of head nurse＇s workbook,to carry out regulatory regime of nursing,complete work planning and record truly.To comment on and appraise monthly and manage the files unified.Results The system awareness of head nurse was strengthened.The perform rate of annual nursing service and the managing capability of head nurse were raised.Conclusion The head nurse＇s workbook can improve the nursing service and the ability of management.
