摘要
目的探讨院前指数在创伤急救护理中的应用。方法主要根据以呼吸状态、收缩压、脉率、神志4项生理指标作为评分参数。将创伤的不同严重程度以分值量化。结果运用PHI法快速区分有生命危险的重伤员和一般的伤员,提高危重伤员的救治率及生存质量。结论院前指数对伤情的判断,提高护士的急救意识,保证创伤急救的"时效性和整体性"有重要意义,有利于提高严重创伤救治成功率。
Objective To discuss the application of pre-hospital index in the emergency nursing of severe trauma.Methods To take respiratory status,systolic pressure,pulse rate and consciousness as scoring parameters.To quantify the severe degree by scores.Results By using the method of PHI,to discriminate the severe wounded personnel and the general ones to increase the treatment rate and life quality of severe wounded personnel.Conclusions The pre-hospital index has great importance to the judgment of injury,the improvement of nurse＇s emergency ideas,the timeliness and integration of trauma fist aid,the increase of treatment success rate of severe trauma.
