摘要
丙烯酸与异丁烯加成酯化制备丙烯酸叔丁酯是典型的原子经济反应,具有广阔的工业化前景。本文综述了国内外针对该反应在催化剂和反应工艺等方面的研究现状,分析了解决反应过程中不饱和酸和烯烃聚合问题的对策,并简要介绍了本课题组研究所取得的初步结果。
Synthesis of tert -butyl acrylate by esterification with acrylic acid and isobutene is a typical atomic economic reaction,which has a bright prospect of industrialization. The research summarized the current situation of such reaction in catalyst and reaction technology etc.The solution of the unsaturated acid and olefin polymerization problem during the esterification was discussed.Some preliminary results of our research institute group were also briefly introduced.
