高校辅导员队伍的整体素质关系到大学生的健康成长，只有加强和推进辅导员队伍的专业化建设，才能适应国内外形势的发展，满足大学生成长成才的要求。加强学科建设，提高专业素质；建立准入制度，完善培训机制；明确职责范围，强化职业规范；统一思想认识，完善保障机制，是辅导员队伍专业化建设的途径。

The comprehensive quality of university counselors is closely related to the healthy growth of university students. Only with the reinforced specialization of university counselors, can university education keep up with the domestic and international situations, thus ensure the healthy development of university students. The effective approaches for the construction of a specialized university counselor team include： to erihance discipline construction, intensify professional quality, establish admittance system, upgrade training mechanism, clarify responsibility range, strengthen vocational norm, unify ideological understanding, improve guarantee welfare and so on.
