51例红花注射液不良反应文献分析

Literature analysis on honghua injection-induced adverse drug reactions in 51 cases

目的探讨红花注射液不良反应发生的情况及相关因素,探讨其一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)期刊全文数据库自1994年至2007年间国内公开发表的医药期刊中红花注射液药品不良反应报告进行统计和分析。结果红花注射液所致不良反应主要为皮肤及附件损害、呼吸系统损害、神经系统损害等并可能会引起过敏性休克等严重的药品不良反应。结论应加强对红花注射液不良反应的监测,临床应谨慎选择适应证相符合的患者使用红花注射液。

Objective To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR）induced by Honghua injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.MethodsA statistical analysis was conducted on 51 Honghua injection-induced ADR cases reported in domestic medical journals included in CHKD database from 1994 to 2007.ResultsThe clinical manifestation of ADRs induced by Honghua injection were skin and its appendages lesion,respiratory system lesion and neural system lesion,It could also lead to immediate allergic outbreak.ConclusionThe use of Honghua injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs.
