儿童鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎患者TH_2类细胞因子水平研究

Research of TH_2 cytokine in nasal polyps of children accompanying allergic rhinitis

目的探讨鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎儿童患者血清中TH2类细胞因子水平同单纯鼻息肉喘儿童患者是否存在差异。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测鼻息肉、过敏性鼻炎合并鼻息肉儿童患者及健康查体儿童血清中IL-4、IL-5水平。结果鼻息肉、鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎患者血清IL-4、IL-5水平均较健康查体者高,以鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎患者升高为著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论鼻息肉合并过敏性鼻炎患者与单纯鼻息肉患者TH2类细胞因子水平存在差异。

Objective To explore whether nasal polyps accompanying allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps children were different in the serum level of TH2 cytokine levels.MethodsIL-4,IL-5 levels in the nasal polyps and nasal polyps accompanying allergic rhinitis patients were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.ResultsThe levels of IL-4,IL-5 were higher in nasal polyps and nasal polyps accompanying allergic rhinitis patients than that in healthy ones,especially in nasal polyps accompanying allergic rhinitis patients（P0.05,P0.01）.ConclusionThere is different in the TH2 cytokine levels of the nasal polyps accompanying hyperesthetic rhinitis and nasal polyps children.
