摘要
将系统辨识方法正确地应用于实际工况下齿轮传动动态性能的研究 ,通过研究直齿圆柱齿轮传动周向振动和噪声之间的关系 ,建立了系统辨识差分方程模型 .此模型能够比较准确地描述齿轮传动系统的动态特性 .为齿轮传动系统的修形、减振、降噪和优化设计提供了一种新的建模方法 。
In the paper,the system identification technique is rightly used in gear transmission system's dynamic performance research in practical working condition. By means of the research of the relationship between the spur gear transmission system's ro- tational vibration and noise,the difference equation model is developed by system identifi- cation. Thismodel can be correctly used to discribe the geartransmission system's dynam- ic performance.A new modeling method is dcreloped in gear profile modification and re- duction of vibration and dynamic optimum design,the conclusion can be easily used in practical application.
