摘要
张拉成型是柔性索杆结构施工过程的一个重要环节,而张拉过程模拟分析对于制定合理的张拉方案具有指导作用.总结了索杆张拉结构的构成以及受力特点,重点针对张拉过程模拟分析方法展开研究,不仅从理论上阐述了张拉过程模拟分析正装法和倒拆法的数值原理,还总结了计算过程中可能遇到的技术问题并提出解决方法.最后以深圳宝安体育场屋盖结构为算例进行张拉过程模拟分析,并通过分析计算结果判断张拉方案的可行性,为工程施工提供参考.
The tensioning process analysis is a key step to make a reasonable tensioning scheme of a cable-strut tensile structure.The main structural characteristics and corresponding tensioning scheme of the cable-strut tensile structures are firstly discussed,and then the emphasis is put on the investigation of analysis methods of simulating construction process,including the background to numerical theory of forward erection method and inverse erection method,as well as some possible technique problems existing in the numerical analysis.Finally,a simulating tensioning analysis of Shenzhen Baoan Stadium is carried out by using the proposed numerical approaches in order to evaluate the feasibility of corresponding tensioning scheme and give valuable suggestions for the construction of the stadium.
