Building a New Concept System for Construction Quality

基于科学发展观对工程质量的概念进行了理论创新。分析了工程质量对于建筑业乃至国家经济发展的重要意义,指出工程质量是工程管理的核心工作。基于科学发展观扩展了传统的工程质量概念,使它更具时代性并构成完整的体系,建立了工程质量概念体系,提出结构质量、功能质量、魅力质量和可持续发展质量相结合的工程质量管理新概念。分析了工程质量概念的不同属性,对于建立工程质量管理的基本理论体系,指导管理实践具有重要的作用。

Based on the concept of scientific development, construction quality. It analyzed the significance of construction development and pointed out that the management of construction this paper made the theoretical innovation for the concept of quality for the construction industry and the national economic quality was the core for construction management. The traditional construction quality idea, based on the concept of scientific development, was modernized to become an entire framework. The concept system of construction quality was established and the new concepts combining the qualities of structure, function, charm and sustainability were proposed. The different attributes of construction quality were analyzed. This paper sets up the foundational concept system of construction quality management and guides the management practice.
