Enlightenments of Construction Bond Systems in Overseas

推行工程担保制度是市场经济发展的必然要求,工程担保对于规范和维护建筑市场秩序,减少和降低工程风险具有重要作用。文章在系统分析国外工程担保品种和运作方式的基础上,提出了建立和完善我国工程担保制度的建议,为我国制定工程担保相关法律法规及政策、选择工程担保制度的发展路径提供参考。

Carrying out the construction bond system is an inevitable requirement in the development of market economy. It is important to normalize and maintain the order of construction market and to decrease and reduce the construction risks. Based on the systematic analysis of the varieties and the operations of the foreign construction bond, this paper proposed ways of building and perfecting the construction bond in China, which contributes to the formulation of the related laws, regulations and policies and the selection of the development route for the construction bond system.
