摘要
介绍了常规法氯乙烯的生产工艺及在生产工艺中存在的问题,简要叙述了两段法工艺;对比了两种生产方法的工艺生产流程、设备选型、工艺控制指标及控制方案,总结了两段法VCM生产工艺的优势和VCM的撤热工艺。
Disadvantages in the conventional VCM production and technology process is briefly introduced in this paper,the two-stage process is also briefly described.Contrast between these two processes in production-process,equipment-selection,and process-control-program is done.The advantage of the two-stage process and the VCM heat removing process is summarized
