摘要
介绍肿瘤抗原分类、肿瘤细胞逃逸机体免疫监制的机制、机体抗肿瘤的免疫学机制和肿瘤抗原在免疫治疗中的应用。随着分子生物学的发展,肿瘤抗原在肿瘤免疫治疗方面将发挥重要的作用。
The paper illustrated the classification of tumor antigen,the mechanism of tumor cells escaping the immune system,antitumor and application of immunotherapy.Present,with the development of molecular biology,the tumor antigen gene will play an important role in therapy strategies of immunity.
