摘要 对于用户有功功率及功率因数实时测量数据无法获得条件下的农网供电台区实用无功补偿计算方法进行了研究。提出根据农网部分管理电气量信息形成数据库,并在此基础上进行用户负荷分析、预测及无功补偿计算的方法。基于该方法所开发的无功优化辅助决策软件采用C++Builder数据库连接技术、SQL及ADO组件主要属性和方法,建立各用户每月用电量数据以及10 kV配电线路的负荷变化信息数据库,针对配电线路上各供电台区进行各季节的负荷预测以及无功补偿容量及方式的辅助决策,将结果信息存入数据库中。考虑到农网技术人员的工作环境,软件制定了相应的安全锁以帮助其严格地按工作流程制定无功补偿方案。 A calculation method of reactive power compensation is presented for the rural power distribution area where the active power and power factor can not be measured in real time.The way to build the rural grid database based on the incomplete electrical energy management information and perform the load analysis,load forecast and reactive power compensation calculation accordingly is proposed.The corresponding assistant decision-making software of reactive power optimization is developed,which applies the connectivity technology of C++ Builder Database,the technology of SQL and the main attributes and methods of ADO components to establish an database for monthly electricity consumption and 10 kV distribution line load variation,performs the seasonal load forecast for each distribution area,and carries out the assistant decision-making of reactive power compensation amount and mode.Calculated results are saved in database.With the consideration of rural working environment,the corresponding security lock is developed to ensure the work flow is strictly followed during the plan of reactive power compensation scheme.
