摘要
采用转速信号和电功率信号作为电力系统稳定器(PSS)的输入,设计了一种基于DSP硬件的双输入PSS。论述了PSS的结构原理,介绍了三相电压、电流调理电路和信号采集原理。外部芯片的接口电路采用可编程逻辑器件设计;主程序设计采用模块化结构。特别提出转速信号用软件获取,提高了PSS的实时性和可靠性。使用SMTS_RT仿真器加所设计的PSS励磁调节器进行阶跃和反调实验,结果表明所设计的PSS不仅能够提供有效阻尼,同时也较好地解决了原动机功率发生变化时的"反调"问题。
A dual-input PSS(Power System Stabilizer) is designed based on DSP,which takes rotation speed and electrical power as its inputs.The PSS structure and the principle are introduced,as well as its three-phase voltage and current conditioning and signal acquisition are described.The advanced programmable logic device is used in the design of interface circuit with external chips and the modular structure is applied in the design of main program.The rotation speed signal is obtained by software to improve the real-time performance and reliability.The step change and "anti-regulation" experiments with SMTS_PT emulator and PSS excitation regulator show that,the dual-input PSS provides effective damping and avoids "counter-regulation" phenomenon.
