柴油机NO_X排放实船测试中的气体分析仪选型 被引量:3

摘要 船舶柴油机NOX排放实船测试势在必行,但目前NOX排放台架试验采用的排气分析仪不适合实船测试.本文在排气浓度简化测试方案的基础上,针对实船测试的特点,分析了采用带ZrO2传感器的NOX-O2型气体分析仪进行实船测试的可行性.分析表明,便携式的ZrO2型分析仪可以同时测量O2浓度和NOX浓度,具有良好的技术性能,符合船上测试的环境条件,可以应用于NOX排放实船测试. On-board test of NOx-emission from marine diesel engine is inevitable with the regulation in Annex VI to MARPOL73/78 becoming effective and being put into practice, but the gas analyzer adopted in NOx-emission test on test bed is not suitable for test on board. The feasibility of on-board test of NOx-emission used NOx-O2 type gas analyzer with ZrO2 sensor was analyzed based on the simplified measurement project of exhaust gas and armed at the requirements and the characteristics of the on-board test in this paper. As a result, the concentrations of exhaust gas components can be measured with the handy ZrO2 type gas analyzer in the on-board test of NOx-emission due to its capability of measuring NOx and O2concentration in the exhaust gas simultaneity and its upstanding technique performance.
